They keep trying to sell additional insurance and push for upgrading to more expensive cars. The staff, especially the Indian people, assume that Chinese people are easily fooled and have lots of money. They even try to scare you by saying the insurance doesn't cover certain things. Does booking through Zuzuche make you more prone to being misled? Next time, I'll rent directly from the car rental company.
They tried to upsell additional services. The order stated I should pay 168 CAD, but I was actually charged 200.89 CAD. Please address this issue.
