I had already bought insurance from Zhuanzhuan Car. There were so many abbreviations; only God knows what they mean. They asked me to sign without any explanation. They are all scammers! Zhuanzhuan Car charged me 2381 RMB, and the car rental company charged me over 1000 RMB. I ended up spending over 3000 RMB to rent a compact Ford for ten days. If this isn't fraud, what is?
