You need to take a shuttle bus from the airport, and there are no clear signs at the airport stop, making it easy to miss. They pushed full insurance at an extra $15 per day. There are many car models to choose from. There were a lot of people picking up cars, so you have to queue. Overall, it was pretty good as I've used Alamo before and am familiar with their process. There was clearly an orange car, but they insisted it was dirty. When I went back to take a photo to prove it was clean, they called security through the intercom to stop me. I was already sitting in the car, and they said I could upgrade and switch cars. If the car was sterile, why switch after I’ve already sat in it and then give it to someone else? That's so irresponsible and sloppy.
Like: “Free” upgrade from a 4 door to 2 door which was nice in some ways. Dislike: Couldn’t fit all our bags in the trunk, and it was hard getting a large bag on the back sert of the 2 door car.
