The staff's attitude was okay, but there were a lot of customers at Los Angeles airport and very few staff members. I had to wait in line for two hours.

I had already booked a seven-seater SUV with AVIS through Zuzuche and paid in advance, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available and tried to give me a four-seater. Even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance, they kept trying to sell me more insurance. It took almost three hours from queuing to getting the car. In the end, I had to reluctantly buy additional insurance to get a seven-seater, which was actually a car that had just been returned and not yet cleaned. This rental experience was really terrible and the service was extremely poor.

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car
