1. They forgot to give me the exit card for the parking lot, so we had to go back a long way to pick it up. 2. The tire pressure warning came on just an hour after picking up the car, indicating low pressure. 3. The car was not clean at all when I picked it up.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They reminded us that we could return the car early and even adjust the return location. The paperwork was done quickly, and the pick-up point was very close to the city center.
