I suspect intentional claims for scratches. They immediately located the scratched area, which was a very small spot on the tire that was initially hard to notice.
I booked an Audi A6 class wagon, but when I went to pick up the car, the agent had us sign a confirmation declaration and we discovered that we got a Skoda wagon instead, which is significantly below the class of the car we booked. Since the pickup point was some distance from the counter and we were in a hurry to get to the ferry, and our English was not fluent, we reluctantly accepted the car and left.
The service is convenient and reliable. However, since the place is small, after this flight left, the counter was empty by around 3 PM. The staff was nowhere to be found because they said they were handing over vehicles. The town office is also closed on weekends, but someone answers the phone.
