The pick-up and return process at the DOLLAR San Francisco branch was quite efficient.

Shuttle, Front Counter and Check Out Service had very awesome customer service. Started and ended my vacation with a smile before going back to the real world of work again. Thank you!!!

Very good price for the holiday weekend.

The Dollar phone representatives were extremely unhelpful. They told me that I could return the car early and receive a pro-rated rate and when I arrived at the counter, I was told otherwise. I ended up returning the car early and paying the full amount. When at that point, I attempted to keep the car, per the original agreement, the counter representative become hostile and verbally abusive.

Dislike: At the end of the trip, the poor man had a lot of pressure because there were a lot of cars being returned at the same time. So, I understand that he was not friendly, however, he was efficient.
