There were no preferred vehicles at the lot, only group vehicles. I almost couldn't rent the car because Bank of China credit cards do not support $0 purchase test. Fortunately, the emergency support from the rental company suggested that I make a small purchase. I bought a tank of gas, and the payment test succeeded. Although the Korean clerk was not very friendly, he let me try three times. Huge thanks to the emergency support team.
The service was excellent. During pickup, they recommended insurance and an EZPASS, and I only added a small amount of insurance. We rented a Dodge minivan, and there were several parked for us to choose from. The car was in great condition. Overall, very satisfied.
