They charged us without proper investigation. If we hadn't discovered the issue ourselves, we would have lost thousands. During the resolution process, the car rental company assisted, but they just blamed a staff error without even an apology. If I were in the USA, I would have definitely sued them.

The pick-up and drop-off process was fairly smooth. The company is very trustworthy. While they suggested upgrading the vehicle and insurance, there was absolutely no pressure. Just remember to take photos of any car blemishes during pick-up to avoid any disputes when returning the car.

The car was rented with a full tank as agreed, but they still charged $44 for fuel.

Charged $13 per day for multiple drivers, but didn't charge for the other two rentals from the same company.
