The car wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. Every time I asked, they would say it will be ready in another 20 minutes. This went on for two to three hours. Very dissatisfied with this service.

The service from the Hertz employee was excellent. After not traveling for a few years due to the pandemic, my international driving permit had expired. She patiently listened to my situation and still rented me the car. This could have been a big problem in some other countries.

I made a reservation, but the main office didn't properly send my order to the pick-up location, which caused a delay of more than an hour.

Hertz's airport location is easy to find, and both pickup and drop-off are convenient.
