Forced to buy the mandatory store insurance for 680 euros (5000 RMB) for 14 days. The car provided was just average. Cross-border fee was 178 euros (1400 RMB). I personally recommend buying the full insurance from the rental service. My deposit has still not been refunded even though the order is completed.

No queue numbers, I was just told to wait. Is she stupid? Changed the pickup location and blamed it on the customer, Tried 3 different charging cables and all had bad connections. Can't you check this in advance?
