I booked a Volkswagen Touareg four months in advance, but they gave me an Audi A6 instead. The website stated 'similar models', but giving us a sedan instead of another similar large car is unreasonable. Secondly, I paid 30% more for the Touareg compared to the A6. Why did they give me a cheaper car despite my higher payment? This lack of honesty affected our comfort throughout the 16-day trip. A better car with a higher price is acceptable, but a lack of basic integrity makes future bookings questionable, as paying a premium didn't mean getting the reserved car. This shows a complete lack of contract spirit.

1. Due to a train delay, I called the rental company in advance to confirm a 10-minute delay, expecting to pick up the car by 19:10. I arrived at the shop at 19:07, but the staff had already left, so I could only pick up the car the next day. 2. I booked a premium wagon, but was given a sedan instead.

After returning the car with a full tank, Europecar still charged a refueling fee. Currently addressing this issue.

They rented me a SEAT manual FR model. No queues, just inspection, check the contract, sign and drive away. That simple. However, I couldn't understand all the detailed contract terms. There were two minor issues, and it took a while to communicate with the staff since language was the biggest barrier on this trip. But the staff was very patient and thorough in explaining it to me. I managed to understand most of it, so I signed and drove away.
