I get other car then I requested (Fiat Panda instead of Fiat 500) If I knew that before I would have ordered another car. I wanted that model Fiat 500.
The order stated full-to-full fuel policy, but the car was given with an empty tank! Furthermore, the car's condition was poor with scratches and dents all over.
There are only two staff members, and each customer takes 20 minutes. Being third in line means waiting for more than half an hour. When I arrived at the airport, the rental company didn't answer the phone. I had to call twice before they picked up on the third call.

difficulté à trouver la personne de surprice pour retirer le véhicule, alors que la concurrence se trouve facilement,
longue attente attente pour remplir la navette pour aller à l'agence, séparation des familles à l'aéroport, les conducteurs uniquement autorisés à prendre la navette,
longue attente à l'agence pour prendre le véhicule
prise d'assurance supplémentaire à suprise alors que j'avais pris un assurance tout risque chez vous
Surprice nous a fait attendre 1 heure à l'aéroport
Personne ne répond au téléphone
Ils nous a été fait du chantage pour repayer une deuxième assurance car le plafond e la CB ne couvrait pas le montant de la garantie de 1500€.
Au final au lieu de 30€ nous avons payé 120€ montant que nous aurions payé avec une autre société sans avoir tous ces désagréments.

The process to pick up the car took so long. People couldn’t find my reservation and did not reach quickly the easyrentcars. Staff not focused on providing a fast service to customers arriving sometime from a long flight and eager to enjoy vacation and not wiling to spend 1h30 for a car delivery. I will not use this service again, as the value for money to me is not worth in terms of convenience.
