Terrible experience. They told me that the Zuzuche translation document they provided couldn't be used to pick up the car. If it can't be used, don't put it on the app! I called customer service and they said they would apply for a refund and asked me to place a new order, but the full amount was charged. This wasted over three hours of my time. Please don't waste travelers' time. Thank you. The cost was also higher than on the official website. The worst part of my 20-day trip was this Zuzuche experience.
At the Eurocar Rome branch, we purchased insurance directly at the counter, which they claimed to be all-inclusive. However, when we returned the car, there was an unexplained scratch, and the return location insisted that this particular damage wasn't covered by the insurance, so we had to pay for it ourselves.
The car had previous damage, and no one inspected it when I picked it up. Fortunately, I took a video, so I avoided an insurance trap when returning the car.
