レンタル会社の料金は比較的に安いが、スペインで自動車を借りる際には2人用のオートマチック小型車が少ない。一方的に9万キロ以上走ったオペルの大車を渡され、駐車が不便で2日で120ユーロの給油費がかかりました。英語のカスタマーサービスホットラインはほとんど繋がりませんでした。レンタカーサイトの促しで、最終的に2日後に車を交換し補償を受け取りました。
