About Keddy by Europcar: 4.7 /10
Customer service very poor when we check in and when we did the check out everything appeared good, the fuel take was full as we filled the tank before arrived, however we were charged with 12£ a few days later. I would definitely not recommend europcar.

Car was fairly new, but had some damage, and a few damaged panels had to be pointed out to staff. Car also had no water in the screen washer reservoir. Staff were great and helpful. No issues whatsoever.

Had doubts about booking through Easyrentcars.com after reading reviews but went ahead and booked. Smooth process and no issues whatsoever. Got the best price on the Internet. Thanks!

Europcar desk at the airport had a queuing system 5hat meant they served their own customers first even when they turned up after our arrival. It wasn’t until I complained that they dealt with my rental. The drop off in Verona was excellent.

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
