No and the customer service was terrible. They did not have a SUV nor a car for me and I had prepaid in full. I had to be shuttled back to the airport and rent a car at the last minute so the price was higher than it would have been had I booked it earlier. I am still waiting to be refunded. The attendant there asked for a deposit that could be anywhere from $350-$500 that was not mentioned at booking.
The car was not what I reserved, and a step down in my opinion. They offered an upgrade in lieu of what i reserved, but the staff wanted more money. The rental facility was very poor, AC wasn’t working, staff was unimpressive. I also waited 45 mins in the scorching heat for the pickup shuttle at the airport. Overall, not a good experience.

Even thou our pick up at the airport was late, the driver was courteous and helpful. The girl at the counter when we came to the office was very helpful too. She told us it is mandatory to get insurance but we showed her that we already got insurance when we booked the car. Overall, the experience in picking up our car was very good.

The first vehicle we were given had stained seats and the passenger side bumper was lose and falling off. We returned the vehicle the next day and were treated with professionalism and courtesy. The agents provided us with an upgraded vehicle that was like new. We appreciated their kindness, understanding and responsiveness to our needs.
The booking system did not seem to work well at all and they couldn't process the paperwork properly. Most problematic was the damage deposit, which is not a "hold" as it is with other companies, but was instead a charge, which would then be refunded. This is problematic when dealing with another currency as there is an exchange difference in a refund versus a charge which costs us money. When we complained about this we were told "its company policy" -- of course, why wouldn't it be? -- and then that our alternative was to pay $60 per day. It's just wrong. When checking out I asked to have a copy of the posting so I could be sure that it would be refunded, and I got some paperwork that did not show any amounts.
