Terrible counter staff.

As always a great service, Allison was great accommodating my family in a good vehicle. Joe always with a big smile and ready to help us and to get us going fast.

The company says all cars are smoke free but mine smelled horribly of smoke. The right rear tire went flat twice during the week and I had to spend time and money filling it with air. The windshield fluid was out.

I waited over an hour to get my car. There was one person working and the lobby was full. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. The car they gave me was dirty and damaged with dents and scratches.

Very disappointed, infact a, ripoff, the car hire from the 1st to the 7th cost us £500.00, which was not expected at all. Basically once your stuck there what else do you do but pay!! The car itself stank of cigarettes. We were given a GPS satnav, useless, even the staff didn't know how to programme it after spending 20 mins trying to set our destination! Basically just a company ripping people off when they know they have you by the short and curlies!!! Would never book online again.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Counter Agent Kavel Smith was extremely helpful and courteous. One suggestion would be to wash the interior of the airport van. It looked like it was rained on inside!
