The booked BMW 2 Series wasn't available, and switching to a Peugeot or Fiat required an additional 15 euros per day. Changed to a Lexus UX, and the price jumped from 184 euros to 800 euros. After negotiating for a long time, lowered it to 470 euros. This was the worst car rental experience. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to find out none of the reserved cars were available. They were upgrading vehicles, and customers were not happy, leading to arguments.
Long lines and slow service. Couldn't get a car at the price booked on QEEQ. They push for additional purchases, otherwise, no car! Clearly, there is an issue with the partnership between QEEQ and BUDGET, causing problems for consumers.

Car was in very poor condition. Have never had a car with so many scratches and dents. The exterior was absolutely filthy.
The wait time at counter for pick up was painfully long.
