Terrible company, the pre-authorization has not been refunded, and the claim has not been resolved. Everyone should read the hidden terms carefully, they force you to buy a tank of fuel and add a service fee. Never seen such a bad company.

The vehicle had some recorded bodywork damage. There were a number of smaller areas of damage, but when I pointed these out the staff said not to worry and that if there was an issue at drop off to show the relevant photographs.
The lady who check the car over at drop off was very pleasant and did not mention any of the minor damage I had been concerned about at pick up.
There was an unexplained additional fee that was taken from the fuel deposit.

I have used Easyrentcars several times and find the site very easy to use and the response from the staff very helpful.
This was a fantastic experience! The only thing a little confusing was finding the pickup spot for the van to take us to the agency but once that was done the rest was a breeze. Patricia was very helpful! She set us up with a great diesel car and explained everything very well. Overall wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back when we return to Sevilla
I was charged 29 Euros at the pick-up desk for "Service Charge" as they called it, which is never mentioned in my booking & never happened in any other car rentals as I've been a world traveler for years & frequently renting cars more than taking buses or taxis & I absolutely don't feel right for them to do it to me nor any of their clients unless it's agreed upon prior to any transactions. Easyrentcars should step in a reclaim the funds on behalf. Thanks!
