I booked for wolkswagen jetta, but they gave me nissan altima without any update

All the staff at each stage were very friendly and efficient, and the instructions given were very clear.

The service was great. There were quite a few people, and they did try to sell insurance a bit, but after declining, they didn't push further.

The car was very easy to drive, overall very good on petrol consumption and the easiest automatic drive I have driven.

The booking fee (online) was reasonable but I did not know there was going to be another $100.00 in fees added on afterwards. That was disappointing.

It took them over 30 minutes to have our car ready for us while we stood at the counter and waited. It was pretty ridiculous. I think the counter next to us had five people go through In that time. The price they had in their computer was more than what was quoted by easy rent cars. But I showed them the invoice and they manually updated it with no problem.

It was a little weird at first. Seems like there’s a catch to it. But read through the material and there wasn’t any fine print that I could find so I thought I’d chance it. They rebooked me at a better price which was a big surprise so overall I’m very happy and will use again.
