Great experience!

Thrifty provided a clean vehicle. The process was very easy and they accepted my QEEQ voucher with zero issues. I did purchase third party liability at the counter but had purchased all other insurance via QEEQ. There was no issue with acceptance of the insurance. Thrifty also only charged a $200 (two hundred) deposit. The return process was a breeze. I just parked the vehicle, grabbed my items, left the key in the cup holder, and walked away. It was all very fast.

It was very easy to rent a car using QEEQ. The prices are lower than any other site I researched. I have and will continue to use this company for additional rentals. The rental car company accepted the voucher with zero issues. It was a very smooth, easy, low cost (for renting a car) experience.

The terrible staff forced us to buy third-party insurance, claiming it’s mandated by California law and refusing to rent the car otherwise. They even got a Chinese-speaking person to try to deceive us. Although they eventually refunded the insurance, it does not change the fact that the front desk service was awful.

This car rental company is terrible with numerous hidden charges. I had a very bad experience this time. It's better to stick with well-known companies like Avis or Hertz.

Waited over two hours to pick up my rental. The line was long and was not moving for hours because they were understaffed.

Price for the rental was great! Easy process to book.
