They did not truthfully inform about the pre-existing damages to the vehicle.

The service attitude was great, very enthusiastic and attentive. There was a car to pick us up from the cruise terminal to the store. The only downside is the rental shop closes a bit early, at 6 PM. Although they allow drop-off returns, we were concerned about potential unresolved damages, so we returned the car early. If you drop off the car after hours, the store's shuttle is not available, but the staff can help you book a taxi in advance, which is quite thoughtful.

Mid-size SUV wasn't available so got a standard sedan which isn't parking-lot friendly in SF downtown

Like: vehicle was ready when I got there.
Dislike: walked into an unmarked door that was employee entrance only. One of the employees LET ME KNOW!
