Like picking car keys out of a bowl at a 70s wife swopping party.... and a car from the same era

The car collection was terrible with very off hand designator who told us our car either this or that and no other choice. car had dents and scratches which he was off hand about Also the car had no oil and a warning light came on and I had to put 4 litres of oil in the engine. Buick Envision car - avoid !!

The service of AVIS is terrible, but the price is cheap. The car condition is very bad, it constantly reminds for maintenance, probably due to poor upkeep. The tires are heavily worn, making it hard to control at high speeds. Also, don't expect a specific car model, you will get a similar class of car. The most unacceptable part is that they charged me for a whole day for returning the car one hour late without any explanation. The rental price is cheap, cheaper than other companies, which is their only advantage.

Returning the car with Avis was pretty easy. Sometimes, if you rent from younger staff, they might suggest upgrades. For an extra $10 a day, I upgraded to a GMC YUKON, which was worth it. But occasionally, you get an older staff member who doesn't offer upgrades and lacks knowledge. They equated a Ford Expedition with a Chevrolet Tahoe, which is clearly smaller. While the Expedition handles better, if handling was my priority, I wouldn’t rent the largest car. The office staff were generally friendly, but the Mexican or Asian staff inspecting cars at the parking lot were quite arrogant. Definitely a bad experience. Why put on airs when you're just inspecting cars? I will never rent from Avis again. Most expensive, yet the service isn't that good!
