CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON GIPIN CAR AT MELBOURNE AIRPORT, MEL

1. We booked a Jeep, but we were given a Japanese car. 2. The Chinese representative had a bad attitude and argued with the customer about the fuel issue. The car was not above F when we picked it up, but they insisted it had to be above F when we returned it. We had to refuel at 10 PM.

The pre-authorization charged 3000 dollars, which is way more than other companies. It's been a month and it hasn't been refunded. It's very frustrating... There are also many miscellaneous fees.

The staff are very patient, and the service is excellent. I will choose Gipin for my next rental!

The service attitude was great, but the wait time was a bit long, probably because the pickup was outside the airport.

They provide practical advice on everything from vehicle usage to traffic rules. If you have any questions during the journey, such as interpreting roadside parking signs, they respond very quickly.
