Car was relatively new, but not in perfect condition.
tyres were old, and car had tendency to go left, not so nice sensation when in a motorway at 130 kmh
The car was in terrible condition. It wouldn't start after a short drive, and it took three hours to get assistance! Extremely inefficient service! They replaced the car, but it was still a piece of junk! Stick with international chains for car rentals. Future renters, be careful with your choice!
Would have been good to have been escorted to pickup location. Had a little difficulty finding the car in the general pickup car park one level up and away from Arrivals. Wasn’t told to report into second rental office - was given number plate of car only.
The efficiency was very low. Despite no queue, we were made to wait for an hour. There was no service at all, and the staff were unfriendly. After returning the car, we were charged two small fees, each less than 60 dirhams. The experience was very poor. We picked up the car half full and were asked to return it with a full tank, and it had been cleaned beforehand. We were inexplicably charged two small fees. Don't be lured by the cheaper prices; the subsequent strange charges add up to more than other international car rental companies.
everything was fine, but I just found out after 1 month of giving them the car and when I went back to my country they made a lot of payment ( randomly ) just to take as much money as they can ( i have proof ) and now I need to deal with the bank because of them, Do not buy from this company they will steal your money after they make sure you go back to your country
Check the car throughly and take loads of photos, they will go over the car with a fine tooth comb at the end. Also photo the windscreen - they found a pin sized mark on the windscreen (1mm max, too small to show up on a wide angle photo) and were going to get me to pay for a new windscreen, when luckily they managed to clean it off (ie it was only dirt in the end). Not a very fun experience - stressful - I have never before had a pin sized mark questioned, let alone one on the windscreen - they told me the windscreen was worth more than the car.
Inspection showed no issues and we signed off, but later they emailed claiming there was damage and charged me nearly a thousand yuan without reason. This is a terrible company!!
Car was terrible, scratched all over and stinking of smoke. I heard several other customers complaining in the queue ahead of me.
I was able to change car after a day because it was so bad but I had to spend almost 2 hours doing so!
The second car was fine but I collected in the dark and failed to check the rear interior properly, when I returned car I was charged for a stain on the back seat although had never used the back seat!
3 months a further unsubstantiated charge was made to my credit card by fast rent a car.
DONT just take my word for it read many negative reviews on google.
I booked Ford Explorer and it’s supposed to be 2019 or 2018 model. They gave me 2017 Toyota Prado and promised me to replace it within one day which they didn’t commit to. They never answer phone calls despite tens of calls and once they answered they customer service was extremely bad!
Never recommend them again.

No car was smaller. Having booked a Mitsubishi eclipse (or similar) the Ford we got really didn't feel like it was in the same class. However we managed.

Seemed to take a long time doing paperwork at the desk. Aside from that all good.
We went to the pick up counter at the airport. It took us time to get through the paperwork and then went outside to pick up the car. We were very disappointed at this stage as it was about 4am. The car finally came was a filthy Kia Rio which the booking staff highly recommended for us. The car was covered in scratches, there were quite a few dents and the car inspection staff Riaz did not want to acknowledge all the damages on the car, as we checked inside of the car it was filthy and smelt of smoke. When we told Riaz we wanted non smoking car he said this was the only car available. We were very tired at this stage after a 14 hour flight and decided to write on the inspection form the condition of the car, which Riaz was very unhappy. The car had clicked over 100,000 on the click and bearly managed to use the car for our enjoyment. On return of the car there was a different inspector who was aware of the condition of the car and commented that we were unfortunate to be given that car. We told him our experience with Riaz and he acknowledged that he one of the difficult staff in the company. If we can avoid it we will never use Fast Car Rental again. If anyone is taking this seriously then someone should come back and let us know the outcome. Incidentally you will notice that the car you are asking about is a Mitsubishi which I booked but got a Kia Rio fit to be scrapped.
