I am really grateful to this car rental company. The staff there is extremely helpful. Our car had a minor accident, but the staff remained very chill when we returned the car. They didn't charge us any fees when refunding the deposit, essentially covering the accident themselves. I highly recommend this rental company—the deposit refund was very fast. Overall, an excellent experience!
We arrived early at the pickup point, and despite this, the company’s customer service processed our pickup as per the procedure. The process was smooth. We were given a Peugeot 208, which was very new.

The car rental company is located outside the airport, in the lobby of the Radisson Hotel Nice Airport, a 10-minute walk from Terminal 1. The staff was friendly during pick-up without pushing any additional sales. However, when returning the car, the staff made unnecessary issues, demanding a receipt for refueling on that day even though the gauge showed full. This wasted a lot of my time. Luckily, I had some extra time; otherwise, they might have charged me a high price.
The car was in excellent condition and the staff were very friendly. There was a minor issue during the return process—scratches under the car door that were missed during pick-up and not photographed. After some discussion, the return still went smoothly. Next time, I will make sure to inspect the car more carefully during pick-up.
Easy to communicate with, but be aware that they may switch to a different car in the same group without prior notice; you'll only find out when you pick up the car. Remember to keep the receipt from your last fuel purchase and give it to the staff for verification.
