Requested a manual transmission. Were given an automatic. Pick up process took so long that we took what we were given. Very disorganised - staff had no idea which car our key belonged to. Actually walked round the car park till a car opened! Long queue of customers when we came to drop car back but they kindly let us walk through & just gave the key to lady behind the desk.

Very smooth booking process although it sadly doesn’t carry through to the actual collection of the vehicle.
Overall, very satisfied. The service was polite and there was no trouble. The vehicle was in excellent condition and easy to drive. Drove 2000 kilometers in France, a very pleasant experience.
Picking up the car was very convenient. The reserved XC60 was unavailable and required a transfer, but the front desk staff asked me if I would like a free upgrade to a BMW 4 Series.
Procedures handled on the first basement level of the train station took about 5 minutes. Car pickup and exterior inspection on the seventh basement level also took about 5 minutes. The entire process was under 15 minutes, very convenient and efficient.
Picked up the car at Paris Lyon. The staff mentioned a network issue which caused the tablet to malfunction, and one charge couldn’t be removed. As a result, I ended up paying just over 1000 euros, including a 250-euro deposit (though the deposit showed as zero). Since the deposit wasn’t reflected, he said he would make a note of it so it would be fine when I returned the car. In a rush, I only realized after picking up the car that for my 10-day rental, they had mistakenly charged the second driver fee for 12 days. At drop-off, the inspection staff didn’t notice the note about the 250-euro deposit. I had to point it out before he went to verify it, and he told me to leave since I needed to catch my flight. I’m still waiting for an email confirmation and for the deposit refund to be processed.
This small company has too many hidden tricks. During the rental process and at return, they forced me to pay a second security deposit. The first deposit was €634 and the second was €1780, which included €280 as the rental fee. They claimed there were mysterious scratches and minor dents, charging €1138 for repairs, which was absolutely outrageous. The inspector estimated the repair cost could be around €200 when the car was returned. They wouldn't let me leave unless I paid the second deposit, leaving me with no choice but to comply.
