They handed me the car without a full tank, saying there was no time, and that it would be adjusted for the current fuel level. When I returned the car, they tried to charge me for a full tank, but I caught them and they removed the fee. Also, there was no luggage cover for the trunk when I picked up the car, and I wasn't aware it was supposed to have one. When returning the car, the staff said they didn't know if the other location had provided it, and planned to charge me for it as a loss. Overall, the car was in good condition, relatively new, but there were quite a few hidden charges. Make sure your English is fluent and be vigilant, or you could lose a few hundred pounds.
Although there was a small issue when picking up the car, it was smoothly resolved after conscientious and responsible communication with the platform's customer service. A thumbs-up to the customer service guy! The car was in great condition and very new.
Return check in involved waiting in cold car park while very pleasant man went through his job, but was that necessary that I had to be there? On other hires I just dump the keys, or else someone is checking the car as soon as I pull up and start offloading the bags.

I booked a Mercedes C-Class, but initially got a CLA. They claimed it was the same class, but it was too small for four people and four pieces of luggage. Upon request, they switched it to a standard C-Class.
