Not bad, I've used it twice, once in the Netherlands and once in Turkey. They are quite professional, and the cars are good.

No prior notification, random vehicle changes, and changes to the number of passengers. The only reason given was that the original car broke down. If it broke down, shouldn't you inform us in advance?!

First, the company refused to accept dual-currency credit cards. Second, I rented a diesel car and it didn't have a full tank of AdBlue when I picked it up, and the rental company didn't inform me about it. Third, the car broke down on the second day. Luckily, we found a kind person who helped us call the rental company for assistance, but Alamo refused to provide consultation or help and directed us to a Mercedes-Benz service center. I think these three points are enough for a one-star rating.

They did not provide the Mercedes I booked, instead they gave me a Passat, claiming it's of the same class.

The staff at the car rental location said it was a free upgrade, but they charged an additional driver fee. In the end, they charged a 500 yuan upgrade fee for the vehicle without charging the additional driver fee. The car pick-up was at night, and everything was in Turkish, so I didn't check carefully. Once I was charged after returning home, there was nothing I could do.

I paid 640 per day hoping to get a Mercedes, but they told me it was in an accident and they upgraded me. They were polite and I prioritized my mood during my trip, so I accepted. In the end, they gave me a Peugeot 2008. This experience was really bad!

They didn't recommend insurance, saying the one I bought was sufficient. Don't worry too much about being upsold; just tell them you've already purchased insurance. Communication in English is manageable.

Not satisfied, returning the car was very troublesome.

bonjour , le jour ou j'ai pris la voiture de l’aéroport de Dalamann il y avait le témoin de l'adblue qui clignotait , je l'ai dis à la personne du checking , il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas grave et qu'il n'y avait aucun problème , donc je rentre chez moi vers 19h et vers 21h je reprend le véhicule de location avec ma petite famille pour aller au restaurant et la le véhicule ne démarre plus car il manquait de l'adblue dans le vehicule c’était écrit "ajouter de l'adblue démarrage impossible" j'appelle donc le numéro spécial qui figure sur le contrat et qui m'a couté un bras avec mon forfait de téléphone français , j'ai échangé avec eux tant bien que mal et vers 22h un gars de la filiale arrive avec un bidon d'adblue et me refait le plein , résultat des courses mes enfants se sont endormis sans manger et finalement on n'est pas sorti , je n'ai même pas obtenu un geste commercial de la part de cette société

They charged me 720 TL for extra inrance that I was never told about and I did not need it as I already had my insurance from UK for 1 year and I emailed them my complaint to enterprise car rental at dalaman but I never got a reply.

Pick-up took long time because the airport was new. I wish they will improve this. Apart form that, everything was good.

Alamo booking was serviced in Bodrum by Enterprise. The "in terminal" pick-up was a 10 minute walk in the blazing sun with luggage from the International to the Domestic terminal, where a security check was needed to enter the building. Enterprise staff were pleasant and car was ready for collection on arrival at the car park. Credit card was charged with deposit not blocked as expected. Renault Clio 1.2 was fine in town, but lacking in power and struggled with the hills of Turkey's main roads. Return was easy, and got a lift back to the International terminal from the car park.

The car is below my expectation. I came to hire Mercedres Benz CLA. they offer me Audi A3 model 2016. radiculos. I had to pick it since my credit card is already charged and I had no alternative choise.

Was upgraded . Because they didn’t have the car I booked but I had to pay extra so a bit annoyed . But the car was excellent

The car rental process was very enthusiastic and fairly smooth. However, swapping the car in Izmir was an absolute nightmare. Several phone calls were made, and nobody took responsibility. We couldn't find anyone at all until we finally located someone at the rental desk in the arrivals hall who reluctantly helped us. The car swap location was ridiculously tucked away in the deepest part of the underground of the second parking lot. It was incredibly frustrating.

Alamo was friendly and patient, unlike the negative reviews online.

Found the supplier right after exiting the airport. The paperwork took less than 5 minutes, then went to the parking lot to pick up the car. There were a few small issues when picking up the car—the staff was very pushy about signing the paperwork. After signing, I noticed several scratches and minor damages. Fortunately, I pointed them out to the staff, and they marked them all, making everything go smoothly.

Great experience and nice helpful staff, wonderful car and price.

Unbelivable offer, no website can offer similar price yet you gurantee that you match better price if you find.. what more I can ask.

1) I was advised to drop off at one place, and waited too long, over 40min to have someone to come and pick up the car. 2) I didn't receive yet my deposit back, I am still waiting even after 15 business days of my trip!!!
