When picking up the car, they tried to persuade me to change the car model. If I didn't insist, they would have given me a cheaper model or tried to sell other models. Additionally, they pushed for insurance and tried to scare you into buying it. They told me to pick up the car outside and I had to walk a long way with my luggage. The staff who handed over the car had a very impatient attitude. It was a terrible experience. When returning the car, I had to make eight phone calls before someone attended to me. If there weren't two people, one of us would have had to go to the office, which would have been very frustrating.
It took a long time because initially they said we'd get a Nissan Qashqai, but then kept trying to switch us to a Renault. Only when I said I wanted to cancel the order did they give us a Mercedes GLA. Sigh, exhausting.
Picking up the car was very smooth, taking only about twenty minutes. The staff didn't push any additional products, merely inquiring if we preferred a diesel SUV. The service attitude was excellent.
During the trip, we had a minor accident. The police arrived quickly, but it was the rental company, Enterprise, that handled the issue effectively. Their solution was very considerate of our needs. Kudos to Enterprise. Returning the car was also very smooth.
We explicitly requested not to add any extra insurance, but the rental company still added it. The list was in Turkish, so we couldn't find out in time.
The rental service in Antalya is actually provided by Enterprise. The service was great. They told me that for a bit more money, I could get a bigger car. However, since it was just the two of us, we insisted on renting the Clio because it's small and fuel-efficient.
We arrived late at night, already very tired, and due to the car rental issue, I didn't finish until 3 AM. It was really frustrating. The staff deliberately caused trouble because we didn't buy their insurance or upgrade to a Mercedes. We just wanted the car we booked in our country. Even though there were Renaults available, they wouldn't give us one. It was really unacceptable, and their attitude was very poor.
Extremely dissatisfied with this car rental experience. The rental platform stated that the car could be rented if you are 21 years of age or older, but at the store, they told me you have to be at least 24 years old.
The charge list after returning the car didn't specify the speeding fine, which made me think it was an unexplained charge, so I applied for after-sales service. Everything else was great, and the pickup and return processes were smooth.
