Extremely dissatisfied. Unjustified charges. I initially prepaid over $800 on the rental platform, but an additional $200 was charged at the hotel for insurance and an extra driver. When returning the car, they demanded another $300, claiming it was for one-way rental and additional driver fees, which I had already paid during booking and pickup! The staff was rude and told me to contact the rental platform's customer service. Terrible experience!
The rental company's service attitude was decent, and the pickup and drop-off process was relatively simple. However, the distance from the pickup point to the parking lot was quite far and hard to find. The operating hours at the pickup point were short, making it difficult to resolve issues outside of these hours.

About AVIS:8.0/10
Overall, quite satisfied. Returning the car was very convenient. When I mentioned I didn't want extra insurance while renting, the service staff left, making me check the contract by myself with no one to ask questions. She returned only after I had signed the contract.
The AVIS at The Venetian is a small counter in the corner of the lobby with only one person on duty. After completing the paperwork, we took a long time to find the parking lot. We went back to ask the employee for directions, but she couldn't leave her post. It took us almost half an hour to find the garage! The Venetian has too many elevators, and they're too complicated; not all elevators go to the garage. But luckily, our luck struck again! We booked a Ford ESCAPE, but when we picked up the car, we were given a high-end EDGE 3.5 instead. It was so advanced that my dad couldn't even start the engine at first, and I had to wake up my husband across the ocean for help.
At the time of pickup, I clearly stated I didn't need any additional insurance and asked what the $137 was for. The clerk said it was a deposit that could be refunded. Since previous rentals involved prepayments, I didn't pay much attention. However, when I was charged, it turned out to be an expense, not a common $200 prepayment. I later discovered the bill included road assistance and some highway insurance, which were abbreviated and hard to understand.
Average. They said the car would be available at my hotel, but I had to go to the neighboring hotel to get it after finishing the paperwork at my own hotel. It took a while to find. Moreover, after getting the key at the neighboring hotel, it was a long walk to the parking lot.
Returning the car was convenient, but the pickup point claimed to close at 4 PM, and I was unaware of this when booking. My booking was for a 4 PM pickup.
