Tuve que cambiar a un auto de mayor capacidad. Creo que poner elnumero de maletas que caben no es suficiente sino el tamaño de las mismas. Esto me significó un casto superior

Es un problema para lo que no rentamos autos con frecuencia todo el tma de los SEGUROS. yo contraté este asumiendo que todos los seguros estaban incluidos pero el de LIABILITY no estaba y lo que me dijeron en mostrador es que es el mas importante - costo ADICIONAL. deberian incluirlo o hacer referencia a que esto es obligatorio y que recomiendan contratarlo. Tuve que contratar el menor (supuestamente de $18.50 usd diarios

Lamentablemente cuando llegas al mostrador la reserva no contiene ni peajes ni seguros obligatorios por lo cual tuvimos que pagar 100 dolares mas x solo 3 dias de alquiler. Esto no estaba claro al reservar, convenía con ALAMO

The staff was indifferent and kept pushing other products. They made us sign without showing a written contract. The ETC charges were especially outrageous (rental fee of $4.33 and daily toll fee of $12.99, whereas the actual toll for Highway 59 was only $1.79). We didn't fully understand the explanation in English about the charges. If they had shown us a written contract beforehand, we wouldn't have rented their ETC. It felt intentional (having us sign first and then presenting the detailed charges).

It took about 30 mins at vehicle collection booth and no staff available at booth for handover . Addressesed by shared service from other vendors.

Algo de problemas con la tarjeta de crédito por ser emitida en USA pero el supervisor pudo ayudarme para poder usar la reserva

We were informed upon arrival that the booked car model was not available, and we were forced to upgrade for an additional fee.

Couldn't reach customer service on the phone. The car was old, I didn't know how to use the key properly. After parking, I couldn't start the car or shift gears. I had to ask local people for help as customer service was unreachable.

Dodge Ram truck was very comfortable.

When I went to complete the paperwork, I had to wait in line for almost an hour. Despite having paid in full, they came up with various reasons to change the car and charged me an additional 899 USD for highway fees, upgrades, and other miscellaneous fees.
