You will see the counter right after exiting the airport. There was a group of French friends in front of us, and because the explanation was very detailed, it took almost ten minutes. The salesperson at the pickup location kept trying to upsell me. Overall it's fine. When giving the car, they just let you have a quick look. During inspection, they use a UV flashlight to check the whole car and found scratches under the side skirts.
