Like: Pick-up was efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and our driver, Leonardo, was friendly and full of useful recommendations for our time in Sydney and the Blue Mountains. He also got us to the airport in plenty of time for departure. We rang ahead to say we our flight was soon when it came to drop-off and they were ready and waiting in the car park for us and had everything was ready to check and hand back. We will definitely be using Apex again due to the excellent and friendly customer service. Dislike: Nothing - we were happy with every aspect of our rental experience.

Pick-up was quite fast, and the staff were nice. However, I was extremely angry about what happened after renting the car: on the third day after picking up the car, while driving from Sydney to Narooma, the vehicle was involved in a collision. That night, I couldn't reach the rental company via Zuzuche. I only got a response at 11 AM the next day! After the car was towed, the rental company didn't consider my actual situation and kept asking me to repeat the reasons and extent of the car damage over the phone!! I kept emphasizing that I had nearly ten more days of travel and hotel stays, but APEX kept being vague about providing me with another car!! The most frustrating part was when a woman claiming to be the manager asked about the damage and promised to provide another car, saying she would get back to me. By 2:30 PM with no response, I called again, only to be told sternly by another person claiming to be the manager that they wouldn't provide another car due to my driving issues!!! I felt absolutely hopeless in a foreign land, being over 100 kilometers away from other rental points!!!! I'm thoroughly disappointed with Apex Car Rentals!!!! This experience exposed their cold, heartless, and completely irresponsible attitude towards customers, which made me sick!!
BAD SERVICE AND HOTLINE NOT WORKING!
Our flight was 10 am at the morning, the staff told us 3 hours prior to returning the car. When we arrived Apex at 7 am in the date of return. The office was only open at 8 am.
The staff knew we will take the 10 am flight when we pickup the car, but didn’t remind us the office opening hours and the out side office hours drop off arrangement. And we tried to contact Apex by the hotline number shows at the office front door, which never connected.
Very bad service and bad experience.

The car rental company was excellent, greeted us with smiles throughout, the return process was simple, and they quickly brought us to the airport departure gate, also proactively helping with luggage. A great car rental experience.
Car was only 6months old and very appropriate for our long journey, 5k.
Extra satnav was vital for a foreigner.
Very difficult to locate the pick-up bus at Sydney Airport. Staff excellent once we did and collection staff were superb.
The front desk service guy had a good attitude, but the return service was very bad. This company engages in commercial fraud. I warn future renters to confirm the final settlement currency, whether it's in USD or AUD. It’s best to record the entire rental process. This is a painful lesson learned from my experience. It’s better not to choose such a company.

Like: Great service, and location, also the coutercy service to the airport was excellent idea Dislike: Try up selling double insurance, Also for Bond $500.00 is reditculous, and the international fee $10.50was not mentioned prior when booking on line, could have done on the phone, and would have save $10.00 on insurance the difference and $10.00 on fee, can’t win it all
