The car rental company was very enthusiastic and helpful. They delivered the car directly to the airport parking lot. It was very convenient and the procedures were very simple, all done within 20 minutes! Thumbs up!

Like: Very friendly staff. Supported us very well during pick up and drop. Vehicle was is very good condition. Except the music player did not work with our usb and we couldnt charge our phones either.
Dislike: Unfortunately Usb port for charging and music system did not work.

Despite our flight being delayed, the car rental company's customer service promptly answered our call at 1 AM and assured us we could still get the car later. Both the car pickup and return were handled swiftly, and even when we had a flat tire during the journey, they checked the car quickly and didn't cause any trouble. The service attitude was excellent, and they were very considerate towards customers. Highly recommend.

This is a shoddy company! I've rented cars many times, but this time I was really tricked. It's my own fault for not carefully checking the car before signing! I hope future renters reading this review will be extra cautious when picking up their cars. I highly do not recommend this rental company! Tricked, tricked! Experience it for yourselves!

After a flat tire, I had to pay for a new one myself. Very disappointed with this company.

Like: Reserved a Honda BR-V 7 seater for my family, 6 adults and 2 infants. Upon collecting, i was given a Toyota Innova, New Model. Which is much more bigger and spacious, and also of higher CC. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Staff is helpful, and explained everything in detail.

The damage charges were very high. Recommend getting insurance.

The car door was loose, and the audio system was broken. We requested a car change, but they initially insisted there was no problem and blamed us for not knowing how to use the car. Eventually, they just ignored us. The radio was filled with static the entire trip, and the door was unstable, making it very unsafe. This ruined our experience and we were extremely dissatisfied with the rental company's service attitude!
