Very dissatisfied. I booked a Touran, but ended up with a seven-seater van. This made our trip very inconvenient, especially given the narrow streets and height restrictions in European parking garages.
The rear seats could be adjusted as per the instruction manual provided, but it was difficult to install. When I sought help from the staff, they threatened to fine me 1000 euros for adjusting the seats, despite there being instructions in the car indicating that we could adjust them ourselves.
When picking up the car, the staff was quite impatient because he needed to leave at 3 PM to pick up his daughter. Moreover, the platform indicated that the car rental would cost over 300 euros, but the rental company actually charged 647 euros. Additionally, the 1500 RMB already paid on the platform could not be deducted from the bill, making it difficult to get reimbursed later. After calling customer service, they couldn't provide a clear explanation. To avoid affecting the visit, we had no choice but to rent the car, thereby bearing the cost ourselves. Furthermore, extending the rental via the app was not possible; it had to be done in person at the store, which was very inconvenient. As a result, we had to rush back to Munich overnight to return the car.

They tried to sell me their full protection after refusing two cars with dents and scratches. One should be more careful when collecting the vehicle and should do a full check-up before getting in trouble when returning the vehicle. When staff would try to warn you if you do not take their full protection insurance while the other staff would try to blame you on scratches you did not make when returning the vehicle. Just be cautious and smart when dealing with both kinds of staff.

They added insurance despite me saying I didn't want it. They gave me three keys to choose from and ended up charging me for an upgraded model. Not only did they add insurance, but also a towing service fee! Ultimately, the most important part is that they charged me twice!
Picked up the latest model VW Golf, with full comfort features like Bluetooth, Airplay.
However, encountered a Tyre air leak since pickup, which was covered by Europcar. Added some inconvenience to our trip, but it was fixed nonetheless
