Washer bottle empty, 12 Volt charger did not work so we were unable to charge or use our Sat Nav.
Customer service assistant, when we picked up the car, gave us incorrect information about tolls and therefore we were charged for toll fees for the whole of visit when this was not needed.

Price protector did exactly what it said and our price was reduced when price drop was noticed.

Europcar outsourced the car rental service to Fox Rent a Car, making me feel like I was being deceived. The service took an extremely long time; it took over 2 hours from when we entered the shop to when we got the car. The rental company is not at San Francisco Airport and requires a shuttle bus to reach.
A bit of a wait at the rental desk. There was one person sat at the desk who wasn’t seeing anyone but it turned out she was training so fair enough!
The people I did interact gave top notch customer service. Car was as expected - it had a few scuffs and scratches but for the price I was happy enough.
One gripe - the person who brought it round forgot to put the handbrake on so the car started rolling away as we put our luggage in!! Managed to jump in and grab the hand brake without too much issue though.
Drop off very easy - staff super friendly again! Overall would recommend!

QEEQ was great. Solved all my issues with rental insurance in America which was getting confusing. The app is great and great price!!
It supposed to be Errocar but the booking was through Fox. Bad experience with fox, unnecessary wait at pick-up, extremely inefficient, very disappointed experience

While the car was in a good condition and the price was reasonable, the service at Fox Rent a Car was pathetic. There were just 2 people manning the counter and both were super slow in dealing with each customer. It took more than 10 min for each customer and they took so much time in non-business related conversation and in selling insurance, leading to longer queue of customers. When we escalated the slow service issue to the manager, she was cold and said they are short staffed and are doing what they can. The male staff member was hostile towards me and another customer for complaining to manager. My car took 45 min to arrive as the cleaning and washing was not completed. Further, Fox shuttle dropped us at a train station from where we had to take a train with our heavy luggage to reach the airport. The shuttle driver acknowledged that the poor service standards were due to Fox's constant cost cutting. I would never like to hire from Fox again and QeeQ should disassociate itself from this terrible service provider.

The booking platform, pricing and insurance related information was very helpful. I raised a couple of queries through mail, which was promptly answered by QeeQ staff.
The car was not the one advertised in my booking but « an equivalent car » which never look as good as what I booked.
It took some time to do the paper work - and finding the car ! - at pick up
Everything else was great
The San Francisco location is too far and the wait time is long. Additionally, you have to wait for the car to be ready even if you've paid over a month in advance.
I prepaid the full amount but there were no cars available at the store. Everyone was just waiting around and the staff was nowhere to be found. They didn't inform us or the people who had been waiting for over two hours before us that there were no cars. Only after more people showed up to queue did the staff finally say there were no cars. Very disappointed with the car rental company's attitude.

There was no Chinese service, so I had to muster my courage and use my broken English to rent a car. They tried to sell insurance and various local tour tickets of San Francisco, but I pretended not to understand and just replied 'no need'.
The rental office is far from the airport and very inconvenient! Then the rental company charged us a bridge toll fee of $11 per day. It ended up costing me a lot of extra money. Don't use this rental company, they are a rip-off! I spent over $200 more after renting the car!
