It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.

They don't handle the paperwork on site. They said they'd drive us to their office to complete the paperwork, but it was really just to drop us off. We actually completed everything in the car at their office. It wasted our time and they lied to us. When returning the car, they even cursed at me and said they'd throw the contract at me.

A company with only one person. Overwhelmed with tasks leading to poor customer experience.

The pickup location is far, there was no answer when I called to return the car, the place is hard to find, and customer service is unreachable. Very poor experience.

Scheduled pickup time was around 8:30, but staff only arrived at 9:30 due to some reason. Understandable, but punctuality would be better.

The car was extremely dirty and smelled awful. Our child got car sick, probably because of the smell. We specifically requested two child seats but only got one. We had to waste time going to Walmart to get another one. We tried to communicate with the platform twice to pick up the car between 9-10 AM, but the order on the app wouldn't go through, so we ended up picking it up at 8 AM and got delayed again...

Excellent service

I chose this unheard-of rental company because 'Alipay Sesame Credit' allowed for a deposit-free option, which was convenient. However, it turned out that the service capabilities of this small company were limited. We waited for their shuttle, but they kept telling us to wait for the Hilton shuttle. Their office was hidden in a building, and I felt doubtful about their reliability when I went in. When returning the car, there was no fixed return point or staff. They guided us over the phone to find someone at the parking lot below their office building to handle the return. There were no clear signs or directions. Be cautious, everyone. I heard that positive reviews could earn you ¥50, but I prefer to objectively describe my experience rather than take the ¥50 as a responsible user of this platform.

Convenient car rental, Chinese service. It took quite a while to return the car, and the service phone directed me to contact the pickup staff myself.

Insufficient child seats

No queues, no store, both times we went directly to the parking lot. Communication in Mandarin was convenient, but the professionalism needs improvement.

Even though it was supposed to be 24 hours service, the staff was still sleeping when I arrived.

Pickup and drop-off are very convenient.
