Mexico Car Rentals

Car was in good condition and service was friendly. BUT. We forgot a bag under the passenger seat with something very valuable and after we let the car rental company know and met them again to inspect the car it was gone. Pretty sure someone from the service / cleaning took the bag. Manager was very helpful and understanding tho.

Not the car I wanted. I wanted a Nissan Kicks and they deliver a Chrevolet Captiva. It is a bigger car but I did not wanted a bigger car, it consumes almost double the gas of a Nissan Kicks and we needed to uses for very long trips. Also insurance cost higher... The personnel a the counter did not tell me that it was another car so I assumed it was the requested vehicle. Only after we got to the delivery location, I saw it was a Chevrolet Captiva but we where in a hurry so I took the car.

despues de dos semanas que ya regrese el carro, aun no me han devuelto el deposito de garantia de mi tarjeta de credito.

Proceso lento para recoger el automovil. Me hicieron pagar el SLI (Seguro de Responsabilidad Suplementario para terceros). Sin opción a negarse.

Pésimo servicio, ya había contratado los seguros para el vehículo con QEEQ y llegando a mostrador como quiera me forzaron a contratar el de ellos porque si no no podía disponer de la unidad.

Auto caro para las condiciones en las que se encuentra ,apestoso de adentro por sucio

No horario la reserva. Llegamos 1 hora después del "pick-up time", por el tiempo que esperamos las maletas, el shuttle a su oficina, etc. Dijeron que como llegamos tarde, ya no tenían la unidad (era claro que ya no tenían coches). Nos ofrecieron otro coche por tan solo 2 veces más de lo que ya habíamos pagado. No ofrecen alternatives, son completamente inflexibles. No caigan en la trampa de reservar algo que se ve a muy buen precio. No respetan la reserva

In la paz airport thereis no Alamo office outside the airport and I was given no instructions on how to return the vehicle. I had to ask the guys at Avis who told me to park at the car park and go to the office inside the terminal. I did this, and the lady at the Alamo office inside the terminal told me that I had to pay for the parking...

Auto normal, costo arriba de lo esperado, me entregaron el auto con 3/4 de gasolina pero al retorno muy amables me hicieron ajuste, la atención de la Srita Karina Muñoz de primer nivel mi reconocimiento para ella.

Vehicle was in rough shape but got us where we were going. Rates were not at all what we booked for and will never use Mex. Everyone there picking up felt the same way.

Me obligaron a contratar los seguros lo que incremento bastante el costo total de la renta, además de que me dieron un auto de menor nivel que el que contraté. Me comentaron que aunque QEEQ ya tenia coberturas, que esas no eran válidas para ellos.

Staff was very helpful, i must not have read about the $2500 deposit as it was clear in the information, but I had to purchase their insurance because the deposit plus the rental put the CC i used over the limit and was not able to utilize the AXA insurance. Just be sure to be aware and I should have read things more closely. Will know for next time.

Auto ya un poco viejo , las condiciones era que estaba sucio por dentro y por fuera , es decir no lo entregaron limpio creo que solo lo limpiaron como pudieron

El coche mejor que lo que pensaba; personal amable. Lo único que no mencionan es que necesitan una tarjeta de algún banco establecido, no aceptan de fintechs. La devolución del apartado fue rápida.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, comprendo que mi reserva fue hecha bajo otra agencia, y no me hicieron válido mi aseguranza previamente pagada con la renta de mi auto, tuvimos que pagar otro seguro o sea otros 4,000 de los que ya habíamos pagado, el personal fue súper grosero, pedimos servicio, tardaron más de 2 horas en hacernos entrega del auto! El depósito de seguridad aún no me lo devuelven!.

Se nos entregó otro auto al solicitado, pedimos el cambio del similar y salimos con una kicks Nissan

Me cobraron obligatoriamente un seguro por el uso del vehículo, esa parte qeeq no la comenta en su página, deben de ser más específicos

El personal de mostrador de MEX fué muy amable y atento a mis preguntas. El servicio de recepción y entrega del vehículo fue rápido

Significant and aggressive 'upselling' from the local staff team. The lady said I could not take the car unless I increased my 3rd party liability insurance. We were asked to pay another £300, on an initial booking of £106! Only from speaking separately with Sixt did I get the truth. It took over 2 hours to resolve and get the car. We actually had 37,500 USD of 3rd party insurance, which is the legal minimum, so we ended up taking the car.

They scammed me on the insurance and were very unprofessional. It took hours to get responses from customer service. They deliberately made the service stressful to try to scam more money from me. Their emergency roadside assistance service left me in a very dangerous situation.

El auto reservado no lo respetaron, me dieron uno varias categorías mas bajas y no me dejaron rentarlo a menos que pague un seguro adicional con ellos. Para la devolución no estaba el personal disponible en el mostrador y a la fecha no me han depositado el fondo retenido.
