Shuttle Information Customers at Melbourne airport get free transfers to Ace from Busy Beaver airport parking shuttles. After you've collected your bags and cleared customers call Ace on 1800 62 04 08 (+613 9222 2595) to request pick-up, then proceed to the waiting area across from the International Terminal (Terminal 2) by the brown bus shelters marked "Hotels & Off-Airport Parking" (see map below). Look for the brown shuttlebus with a cartoon beaver on it.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning Your Rental Vehicle Remember to re-fuel to agreed level when returning your vehicle. Shuttle service to domestic and international terminals from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. DEPARTING FLIGHTS Allow an additional 30 minutes prior to flight check-in time for vehicle return & transfer to terminal. After Hours Returns After hour returns need to be pre-arranged with our Melbourne Airport Branch at a cost of $50. Once arranged the branch will contact you with the relevant drop off details.

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived in Melbourne at 5:10 PM. When I called the customer service center, they said there would be no service after 5 PM and I had to take a taxi to their office. When I arrived at their office, everyone had left, and I couldn't pick up the car! I spent $37 AUD from the airport to their office. In the end, I had to go back to the airport and rent another car from a different rental company. This company is terrible! They have no sense of customer service!

1. As of today, August 23, 2017, it has been 30 days since I returned from Australia and I still haven't received my deposit back! 2. I was charged 50 AUD for a late return until 8:00 PM. We arrived at the designated drop-off location at 6:40 PM, but no one was there until 8:10 PM. The office was closed and we tried calling the contact number for over an hour with no response. In the end, we had no choice but to ask Zuzuche to contact Hertz (found out online that the company is a subsidiary of Hertz) to change the return location to the airport Hertz office. We almost missed our flight!
