Free pick-up and drop-off service to branch for customers from 05:30 am to 22:30 pm serving domestic & international terminals. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT Call 1800 620 408 (+613-9222-2595) after collecting your luggage. Exit terminal, following signs for Express Pick-up area where the shuttle bus will meet you. How to get to Express Pick-up Area: Go outside the airport and then go to P7 parking lot.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning Your Rental Vehicle Remember to re-fuel to agreed level when returning your vehicle. Shuttle service to domestic and international terminals from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. DEPARTING FLIGHTS Allow an additional 30 minutes prior to flight check-in time for vehicle return & transfer to terminal. After Hours Returns After hour returns can be pre-arranged for returns between 17:00 - 22:00 and 0500 - 0800 at a cost of $50.If the customer wants to drop off the car after hours then they need to drop the car at Hertz at the airport. There is a Hertz at both International and Domestic Terminal. This service does incur a charge of $50。

The location is very remote and inconvenient. QEEQ did not inform us that ACE Rental had changed its address, so we had to walk five or six kilometers to the new address for nothing. It was very troublesome, and we couldn't get through on the phone.
