A nail punctured the tire, which could have been repaired, but we replaced it with a brand-new, more premium tire worth tens of thousands of yen. A refund should be provided.
The service was average, neither good nor bad. They provided a poorly maintained car with over 100,000 kilometers on it. Although it was the same model as booked, it was vastly different from the photos and was a lower standard version. The engine made a rattling noise while driving.
The car seems to have been upgraded; it's much bigger than the one I booked. The car is in great condition, and all important details were explained thoroughly.
The Car exceeded our expectation, the service also, highly recommended. If you are planning to drive there make sure to take the card for road tax as you will be constantly paying it and there won’t be other option in some cases than the automatic payment.
Yes. Got a bigger car. Service was excellent and staff had enough English to make pick up easy and clarify drop off location after our GPS malfunction. I would suggest that the car GPS be updated. Some Hotel locations and points of interest were just not available in the car GPS.

From picking up the car to returning it, the entire team at the rental company was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions. The service was thoughtful, efficient, and the car was clean and easy to drive. This was my fourth time driving in Tokyo, and this rental experience was full of pleasant surprises. Even my family members traveling with me were extremely impressed! Since my sister was using a wheelchair during this trip, the rental company thoughtfully and proactively provided a disabled parking sticker for our car, which made parking much more convenient and allowed us to get plenty of assistance along the way. Thank you so much for everything!
