The only issue we had was finding the shuttle location but other than that I was very satisfied with the rental process and the vehicle we rented. While waiting for the shuttle to bring us to the car rental office, we were reading the reviews on Click and Rent and 98% of the reviews were awful so we were very worried. But we fortunately had no issues at all. The wait for an agent was less than 30 minutes; once we got to the counter it was painless and we got the car we had been promised. We had no issues with the car which was practically new and was very good on gas and again had no issues returning it. I would definitely recommend Click and Rent.

This company was a total scam. They didn’t honor the voucher and charged me several additional mandatory items. We waited over two hours to rent the car. When we said we wouldn’t pay the additional fueling surcharge since we were returning the car full of fuel they said they would cancel the reservation but not refund our money. Worst rental experience of my life. These guys are criminals.

We travel a lot and Alamo are the best and most reliable car rental company we found to date. Very professional and friendly staff. We are happy to pay that little bit extra for the better service and convenience with Alamo.

Je me suis fait envoyer chier quand j'ai voulu récupérer le véhicule lorsque j'ai découvert que c'était une Fiat au lieu d'une Ford Fiesta comme ce qui était prévu le monsieur était pas content mais il a quand même fallu qu'il s'occupe de ce problème. On a profité du fait que l'on ne comprenait pas la langue pour nous rajouter des options qui n'était pas au début du coup nous avons payé 234 € une location de voiture au lieu de 100 pour 5 jours.

Great modern car (even offered a choice) 7 seater as described, brand new Peugeot 5008. really friendly staff and professional set-up. The location is off-site and the bus was too small with many people waiting to go to the company so, we took a taxi and come back to collect our family - this was only a minor challenge. Overall great value for money, staff and vehicles - instructions and signage to the shuttle bus stop could be much better though - not enough directions/identification.

Never use again. No signs where to collect car at airport. Pay €40 for a quicker collection...and the same for drop off, awful system. So much up selling insurance etc. Just wanted to collect car and go no add ons. Waited over 70 mins and spoke with very unprofessional and rude supervisor. Unbelievable attitude and rudeness. Never ever use again, the whole experience upset us all and nearly ruined our holiday.

I'm a New Zealander, living in UK and I don't usually write reviews but I felt I must, this time. Firstly, I booked and prepaid online using EasyRentCars which was very easy and I will definitely use them again. As for GoldCar, I will avoid them like the plague. Beware of their scare tactics to up-sell you insurance and roadside recovery at extortionate rates. I had prepaid £110 for 10 days hire yet and, after going through the necessary paperwork, the representative proceeded to say I owed €349.00, €99 of which was for fuel deposit and service charge which was okay. The other €250 was for their insurance and roadside recovery that she tried to say I must have and cannot go without. I already had insurance and roadside recovery in place so I knew I didn't need this at all but, she wasn't having it. After about 5 mins of an awkward back-n-forth she started saying "If you break down, no one will help you. If you have a flat, no one will help you, If you crash, no one will help you." To which I replied, "I think I'll manage and I'll be just fine." She then said I'd have to pay them €1100 right now and even if I get just a little scratch, I'll lose it all. This is actually a held payment and fully recoverable through your own insurance if you do have an accident so again I said not to worry about me and I'll be okay. By now, she was not happy. I think they must get commission for peddling the insurance because it really seemed to annoy her that I was ok. She even went on to circle the insurance/roadside recovery help line number and then said "But, you cannot call this number because, no one will help you." Absolutely disgusting use of scare mongering and I bet they trap a lot of people who a) don't have their own insurance in place, b) don't realise you don't need theirs as well or c) Don't have a credit card with €1100 on it to cover the held deposit. L’attente au comptoir était horrible ! 40 personnes devant nous et donc 3h d’attente c’est inadmissible.

Interrent charged an additional 191.39 euros, despite easyrentcars receipt saying I'd paid for the car and fully comprehensive insurance and no payment was due on arrival. This was like arriving at the airport for a flight I booked and being told it cost 200 euros extra!? I've then been charged a late charge of 40 euros and I'm still awaiting my 80 euros petrol deposit from May (now August) despite returning the car full and within the hour of the nominated return time. I called several times and was awaiting a response to the emails they had told me to write to. They then directed me to an online claim form, which I've just recieved a response to. They have informed me that the 191.39 is a compulsory charge, even though it was put in the 'Extras' column (therefore not allowing easyrentcar to claim the money back), and not included when or clearly noted when booking the car. It's been an expensive and frustrating experience.

Love the car, customer service disgusting, made us wait over 1 hour for the keys when they where already in the office waiting to be given to me, tried selling me more insurance and tried scaring me just in case I crash. Need signs outside their company so you can find the place.

Did not like the very very very hard sell by OK Rent staff for their extra insurance which was double the cost of the car hire. Even when I showed them that EasyRentCars had insured all the things they were trying to sell me and they totally dismissed the extra Insurance I took out in the UK to cover the Excess. And other customers were suffering the same problems, unpleasant. Otherwise OK Rent a Car were very good.

La personne au guichet en plus d’être peu agréable a voulu nous vendre des assurances supplémentaires. Quand nous avons refusé, car nous avions déjà l’assurance Axa, il s’est montré arrogant en nous disant que la moindre rayure serait à notre charge car l’assurance ne nous couvrait pas du tout. Il a beaucoup insisté pour nous montrer les tarifs de l’agence en cas de rayure... et en nous recommandant plusieurs fois de prendre l’assurance. Vous faites le Check in seul. La voiture est livré très peu propre. Poussiéreuse et avec des taches de savon. Pour masquer les rayures et les mettre sur notre dos à notre retour ? Nous avons photographié toute la voiture sous toutes ses coutures. Pendant le Check in d’autres clients se sont fait embêter pour une rayure prise en photo mais non signifié sur le papier. Le retour s’est bien passé. Nous sommes tombé sur un agent sympa et agréable.

Car has already had little damage before our picking-up. After dropping-off they said we did that damages. But we didn’t do anythings. That was bad.
