Overall, a very good experience only spoiled by one representative who was very unhelpful when asked for a map because our phones were not getting a GPS signal.

The car was great to drive. It was very clean and only one very tiny scratch. It has good acceleration and was good for use of petrol. It was cheaper to fill up than my last hire car

Booking was very easy and straightforward

The service attitude was perfunctory, and they forced you to buy full insurance, costing an extra 1,000 yuan. They wouldn't give you the car if you didn't buy it. Beware!

I will never use this rental company again. They refused to refund when I didn't pick up the car. This third-party company has unfair policies. There's no need to use this service; it's more convenient and cheaper to rent directly at the airport. Terrible app.

Apart from the long queue, I didn't buy insurance at the store and had a deposit of 1100 euros held.

Waited for at least 40 minutes to pick up the car

The overall service of OK Mobility was acceptable. However, the guy who assisted me during pickup took too long. We had a language barrier, and he wouldn't let me use voice translation or contact the customer service. It took a long time to understand the €1050 deposit policy, and he insisted on me spending €69, which directly ruined one of my plans. It was so frustrating! The car rental service counter is easy to find. Just exit the airport and walk to the left. The biggest dark blue sign is OK Mobility.

I purchased basic insurance when I placed the order, but at pickup, I was told I needed to buy insurance. I informed the staff that I had already purchased insurance and showed the order, which clearly included insurance. The staff member said that the insurance I bought was from 'them' and not from the rental company 'us'. When I asked who 'they' were, I was told it wasn't the rental company, which left me speechless. They also required a 200 euros deposit for the fuel tank in case it wasn't full on return. 200 euros for fuel or liquid gold? I strongly recommend against renting from this company.

Picking up the car was distressing. Despite having independent CDW insurance there was a hard sell for their own insurance to cover the excess. I was offered an automatic and larger car for €10 per day which I declined only to find that the car allocated already was automatic and spacious. It left me with a feeling that the process was fundamentally dishonest
