The service attitude was perfunctory, and they forced you to buy full insurance, costing an extra 1,000 yuan. They wouldn't give you the car if you didn't buy it. Beware!
The car rental company is outside the airport, and you need to take a bus to get to the rental point. It took some time to adapt right after landing and the wait for the bus was quite long. However, once at the rental point, everything was convenient with no need to queue. The staff were also very nice.
The service staff is not very friendly, the location is inside a hotel lobby and not that easy to spot. The vehicle delivery is also not handled professionally. They are under-staffed, I spent more than an hour waiting in line, taking the delivery, and returning the car. They want to charge you for anything and everything.

Easyrentcars.com has been very helpful in resorting the insurance claims. They have very prompt customer service and all emails are replied within reasonable time with clear and concise instructions.
This company are very dishonest. I had a bad experience with them and they Lied to me and others at the counter to make people pay extra for insurance that i did not need. The also made charges to me that were not agreed and i have been trying to contact them but they don't answer. I have emailed their customer services, and they do not answer.
