The car provided was already large enough, but they recommended a more expensive one, which I wasn't very happy about. Adding an additional driver costs £14 per day. We picked up the car in London and drove to Oxford and Cambridge. The countryside roads in the UK are narrow and traffic is fast, so careful driving is necessary.
Vehicle was great, felt like an upgrade because of the quality and newness - really enjoyed driving it.
Curtis checked me out and back in, he was super helpful answering my questions on pick and checking the car condition with me. He was fast on the drop off too. Very respectful and helpful employee, represented Alamo very well!

Didnt get a price drop this time. Booking was easy. Only confusing thing with Qeeq is the deposit and then additional payment on pick up, might be good for Qeeq to include the original quote in the receipt to show it matches the original quote,

Great vehicle in excellent condition. The collection with Ismael was amazing and he explained everything clearly and was super helpful, polite and friendly.
The staff did not have the car we booked or similar and gave us a smaller car and made us pay more to get one that would fit. That did not charge the qeeq prices or the prices on their website but a lot more
