Easy to book

The car was very new and in great condition.

I booked a Mitsubishi ASX but received a Chery instead, which was still quite new. Although I was initially very dissatisfied, they replied that it was a similar car of the same category. QEEQ mentioned that I could go to Europcar to exchange it, but I decided to keep it since there might not be a similar car available. Chery's model isn't available in my country, and the new car was quite pleasant to drive, making my month in Brisbane enjoyable. Europcar didn't push insurance on me; I requested full coverage myself. It turned out to be the right decision because I scuffed the front left side, and the final settlement didn't cost me anything—it would have been very expensive to repair it myself. The final bill was settled about two weeks after returning the car. Europcar is a big company, very efficient, and the cars are new. Nice.

Is ACE affiliated with Hertz? I returned a car at Brisbane International and rented another one (due to a different drop-off location) while waiting at the designated spot. ACE sent a car to pick me up. The cars have good value for money; they may not be brand new but still very easy to drive and fuel-efficient. They didn't push for insurance, but I had already bought full coverage. A two-seater car was more than enough for two people.

Overall it was pretty good. Picking up and returning the car was smooth. Got an upgrade to an Australian Highlander, which was awesome.

Car met my expectations and it was a nice drive for the road trip. Thankfully there weren't any issues with the car throughout my 6 days of driving it, and it was reliable in my experience.

It was my first time using QEEQ after comparing the prices with other websites. It was a very positive experience for me, especially after hearing a lot of horrible experiences with the upsell of insurance over the counter. In my case as I did my booking through QEEQ, everything was sorted out and I got my keys in less than 5 minutes. I'd consider using QEEQ again for my future car rentals!

Satisfied, but they deducted 1000 AUD, and it supposedly takes 28 days to refund. That's too long and inconvenient.

Long time to pick up. Had to return to change car as passenger seat was very dirty and sweat stained. Drop off was out of hours so no issues.

Booking platform was good however with another hire in NZ we have had an additional charge of £60 from Avis for no reason. I will pick this up with QEEQ separately on my return to the UK.

Picked up the car over the weekend, the terminal counter was closed, so I had to complete the procedures in the parking lot. It wasn't hard to find by following the instructions on the counter.
