Great experience! We got a BMW 218D diesel, really smooth drive, and a full tank can last 1000km.

The service attitude is quite good.

4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked. The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.

It would be very helpful if Qeeq offered more comprehensive online rental contract management. For example, the ability to request rental extensions online would be a great feature

It was ford focus hybrid, very nice and confortable

Pickup was smooth, the car was almost brand new, in great condition, and had good smart features like lane departure warnings and reliable speed limit recognition with timely overspeed reminders. Right before returning the car and after refueling (near the store), we got into a minor accident (someone hit us while refueling). Fortunately, a manager from the store was nearby and helped us handle the situation, so we returned the car without issues. Except for the deposit, there were no attempts to sell insurance or upgrade the car model. The return process was hassle-free without meticulous checks of the car's exterior. The Lucerne train station is quite large, so finding the store for pickup took some effort, but returning the car was much easier as we were familiar with the route.

The hotline is hard to reach, and when you do, they speak French, which is very inconvenient. Better to go with a larger company.
