The car pickup was very quick, no one was in line, and the clerk kindly gave us a four-wheel drive, likely because we were going on a long trip.

They tried to upsell roadside assistance and recommended an upgrade when picking up the car. Our order included a free tank of fuel, but the store said it didn't. We complained to the car rental company when picking up the car, and they told us we didn't need to return the car with a full tank. Now, we've received a charge notification after returning the car and are dealing with after-sales service. The vehicle wasn't well-maintained, had a lot of noise, and was unstable at high speeds.
