During the trip, the car needed more AdBlue, so I bought and refilled it myself. When returning the car, I explained the situation to the counter and requested reimbursement. The staff asked me to email customer service with the details. Using the email provided by the counter staff, I contacted customer service and provided the receipt. Within a week, I received a refund of 28 euros.

The violation management fee is more expensive than the fine itself. I had a local friend pay the fine in 20 days. They charged a 45-euro management fee.
