El precio superó mis expectativas. El resto de la experiencia fue también buena.

Es mi segunda vez en la plataforma QEEQ y la veo sencilla de usar, intuitiva, y sin sorpresas en los precios.

Good service attitude, but forced to buy insurance

1. The car rental company informed us to wait for the shuttle bus at Ibiza Airport P3 parking lot. After waiting for an hour, we found out that the location had been changed to P1 parking lot without any notification, ruining our plans. 2. When we finally reached P1 parking lot, there were no staff present. Passengers rushed to board the shuttle bus as soon as it arrived, causing disorder with no sense of queue or order, regardless of how long people had been waiting.

There was quite a crowd waiting to pick up cars but they have a docket system ensures everyone takes their turn. Once at the counter all went smoothly and staff were informative and friendly.

Was good

It was the worst rental car experience ever. We waited more than two hours to get to the counter and this was after we paid an extra $18 euro to get moved higher in the line. Everyone was annoyed, upset and it was awful.
