Surprising rental than the one made at Venice airport. I had rented a Peugeot 3008 that was not available at the airport, the "Budget" attendant handed us the keys to a brand new Audi A8 quattro ...... for the initial rental price. This is what I call “service” Thank you for your professionalism.

We chose to pick up the car at the Rome train station, which was very convenient. After completing the paperwork, a shuttle took us to the pick-up location. The staff was very efficient, and there was no waiting.

I booked an A class Benz but at the time of arrival, it was not available. they offered an equivalent choice or an upgrade for a minimal fee for a B class Benz I took the B Class Benz which was a good choice.
